Margaret McCurry Lecture Series in Architecture presents “Systematic Realism” by Konstantinos Pantazis on Wednesday, April 25 at 5:00pm in Taylor Hall, Room 206. This event is free and open to the public.

Konstantinos Pantazis of the young Greek office POINT SUPREME will show some of their recent work and talk about the current architectural scene in Athens.

POINT SUPREME was founded by Konstantinos Pantazis and Marianna Rentzou in 2008.  In 2012 they won the acclaimed international competition for the Faliro Pier in Athens and were included by popular Greek newspaper LIFO in the list of the 20 most influential personalities in Greece. They are currently teaching a studio about the Athens Coast at Columbia University and are building projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Athens and the Greek Islands.

This event is sponsored by the Art Department and Urban Studies Program, with the generous support of Margaret McCurry ’64.
