Join Dylan Finley '17, the Land Steward and Research Assistant at the Vassar Ecological Preserve, for a Winter Tree ID Nature Walk on Friday, March 30 at 3:00pm, at the Vassar Farm and Ecological Preserve. This event is free and open to the public.
Though winter is officially over, there are still many trees you can identify by their bark and buds. Join us for a stroll through the woods and an opportunity to hone your tree ID skills. We will meet at The Barns, across from the Poughkeepsie Farm Project.
This event is sponsored by the Vassar Farm and Ecological Preserve, and the Environmental Cooperative at the Vassar Barns.
