The Office of International Programs is sponsoring a U.S. Passport Application/Renewal day ON campus. Anyone in the Vassar community (students, faculty, staff, administrators) may participate. Masks and social distancing are required. Current restrictions regarding campus access remain in place; this event is ONLY for people who live and/or are allowed to be on campus.
Representatives from the Dutchess County Clerk’s Office will be on campus to process applications and renewal forms. They will also take the required passport photos, which can also be purchased for an extra fee if needed for travel visas.
Although the clerks will have passport application forms on hand, to save time and limit indoor contact with other people, we highly recommend completing the form here and printing out the completed passport application ahead of time: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.
Credit cards are NOT ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT! Please see this announcement for FULL DETAILS on acceptable forms of payment and REQUIRED documents as evidence of citizenship:
