Mental, physical, and emotional health as practiced in both ancient and contemporary Mexico. Indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica not only created a precise science of astronomy and mathematics, but also nurtured physical and psychological health from that knowledge. Temachtiani Akaxe will provide an introduction to the contemplative practice of self-analysis and self-healing.
