Just like meditation, drawing and coloring allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus only on the moment, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety. Stop by (even if it's only for 15 minutes) to any one of the open sessions to unwind and color. Adult coloring books and colored pencils will be provided.
