If you're applying for internships, jobs, MFA or PhD programs in the future, some require portfolios of applicants' works to demonstrate their artistic, conceptual, and skill preparedness. Expectations and/or submission requirements for portfolios vary, from hardcopy to digital, pdf to separate files, and it's good to learn your field's requirements. Come to learn about how to research portfolio expectations, resources for building your own portfolio, what to consider when putting yours together, locating submission requirements for portfolios for jobs and/or graduate programs, and determine if you should have a physical portfolio, digital, or both.
