ASA Night Market

Saturday, November 3, 2018

6:00 pm

College Center College Ctr North Atrium

This event celebrates the culture of night markets popular in other countries such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc. The concept of the night market originates from the Chinese Tang dynasty when the economic expansion led to less restrictions on night markets. During the global recession in the 1970's canceled imports created opportunities to sell cheap food during the nightlife. This event will showcase a sampling of a variety of food, dessert, snacks and drinks that our diverse community may enjoy.

Look for the Night Market in the College Center Atriums, MultiPurpose Room, CC204, CC237, and CC240.

Sponsored by the Asian Student Alliance.
