IMPORTANT EVENTS UPDATE

In-person events are suspended until further notice. The Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center is now also closed. If you are a member of the Vassar Community, check out the Department of Athletics & Physical Education’s new virtual health & fitness program. Meanwhile, we urge everyone to comply with Gov. How We Gather: The Vassar Sukkah Project
It's a Jewish sketch of a dwelling, open to the sky and used for seven days around the time of the fall harvest and then dismantled. In these pop-up shelters, all are invited to gather to celebrate the harvest, remember the parts of our lives that are transitory, and celebrate community.

Sukkot (pronounced sue-coat) is the name of both the ephemeral houses and the holiday during which they are used. For the week that How We Gather is up, there will be events, classes, and workshops open to all. See more at: https://www.vassarjewishlife.org/vassar-sukkah-project
