What is nature? Do we consider nature to be the “untouched” landscape of the preserve? Or do we extend the definition of “natural” to every corner of campus? PHOCUS and VCNature embarked on a collaborative photo exhibition that explores the question “what is nature?” We encouraged everyone in the broader Vassar community to submit your photos of what you consider to be “Nature at Vassar”.

An opening reception for this exhibit will be held in the Old Bookstore on Sunday, April 22-- Earth Day. Please join us in celebration of Vassar's stellar photographers and enjoy food catered by Earth to Table.
