Enjoy extended gallery hours in an enlivened atmosphere with creative
happenings every week. This week starting at 5:00, performance artist Tim Youd takes his typewriter into the galleries where he will be retyping The Group, Mary McCarthy's 1963 novel about six Vassar graduates from the class of 1933. Then at 6:00, two Vassar College art majors will each present a short talk about a work in the Art Center's collection, focusing on their areas of research and expertise.
Late Night at the Lehman Loeb is made possible by the generous support of
the Jane W. Nuhn Charitable Trust. Tim Youd's project is supported in part by The Helen Forster Novy 1928 Fund.
