Lecture by Jessica Graybill, Assoc. Professor, Colgate University

Dr. Graybill will discuss a framework for refining the meaning of Anthropocene security that includes social, ecological, and energy considerations. Focusing on Russian hydrocarbon extraction, she will reveal the vulnerabilities, resiliences, and adaptations of Anthropocene living. Her lecture will illustrate the complexities of achieving global security amidst socioeconomic and ecological transformation.
