"Channel 13, NOW, comes to Vassar - "Child Brides: Stolen Lives." The feature length film, "Child Brides: Stolen Lives" originally aired on NOW, October, 2007, has received wide international acclaim. The filmscreening will be followed by a discussion with producer, Amy Bucher, Mme. Jacqueline de Chollet, President of the Global Foundation for Humanity(which funds the project in Rajasthan, India, featured in the film) and Shirley Johnson-Lans, Professor of Economics, Vassar College.
