A lecture by Coleen Rowley, the FBI agent who alerted the Bureau about 911 and was ignored; and who later blew the whistle. She was a TIME person of the year. She now writes for The Huffington Post, and gives talks on ethics in law enforcement and related issues. Her topic for Tuesday's talk is "How Not to Combat Terrorism."
