Renowned actor and folk singer Theodore Bikel and internationally renowned classical pianist and conductor Tamara Brooks to visit Vassar College as Artists in Residence, February 10-18. The pair will deliver a lecture with music called "The Artist as Activist: A Conversation with Theodore Bikel and Tamara Brooks" in the second floor auditorium of Students' Building. They will discuss the nature and power of the arts to transmit culture, hope, and history and how artists can use art in the service of activism.

"Pour Some Sugar On Me." Come celebrate a classy and sweet Valentine's Day with delicious desserts, classy music and performances by a jazz band, a cappella groups and the Fly People.

The annual student production of Eve Ensler's play, "The Vagina Monologues." Tickets are free and can be reserved at the info desk, however donations will be accepted and go to the Grace Smith House. Co-sponsored by Philaletheis and Idlewild.

The Vassar College German Department will host a Valentine's Konzert. Rolf Sostmann, tenor, Opera Oslo in Norway, and Scott Carlton, pianist, New York City. Thekla Hall.
