More than 125 works of art by high school students from The Art Institute of Mill Street Loft will be highlighted in the sixth annual "Teen Visions '08" exhibition. The juried show will include paintings, drawings, photography, and sculpture from more than 50 art students who participated in the Art Institute's Summer Intensive and Fall 2007 courses.The students' work will be on display through Saturday, February 9. The exhibition is free and open to the public.

A debate hosted by the Vassar College Democrats and the Town of Poughkeepsie Democrats between representatives of the Democratic Presidential Campaigns. Local representatives of the Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Barack Obama, and Dennis Kucinich campaigns will make presentations of five minutes each and then take questions from the audience for 20 to 30 minutes. Moderated by the League of Women Voters, the Forum will close with a straw ballot. This Forum is open to the public. At 7:30 pm in the Martel Theater at the Center for Drama and Film.
